A few things to remember before registering:
Payments made the day of the event will be added a $10 charge per golfer.
Please contact Chris Johnson (815-847-8733) ASAP if you’ve registered and end up not being able to attend.
Paypal is the preferred method of payment (other options are available). We ask that payments are made at the time of registration if possible.
